Don Bosco Polytechnic College has established a full-fledged Training and Placement cell, which monitors employment opportunities and arranges campus interviews for the final year students. Placement cell edifies all the managerial traits which are required for the students and prepares the students according to the requirement of the industry.

The cell is headed by Faculty in charge of Training and Placement. Every year, student coordinators are elected from all departments of the final year. The committee works in close coordination with the companies/R&D for the smooth conduct of selection process.

Purpose

The purpose of the Training & Placement Cell is to enhance the employability of the students and to match the corporate expectations by providing them career guidance and training program, enable to gain students competitive edge in the recruitment cycle, groom their confidence and developing their personalities via Soft Skills, Aptitude and Technical Training.
